For Parents/Students

1. We gather requirement from the Parents/Students and based on the request, we provide expert tutor to the student.
2. Tutor’s fee varies from tutor to tutor. It depends on Tutor’s qualification and experience. For example, a highly experienced and M.Sc qualified tutor charges higher than other.
3. Parents/Students will be informed about mode of payment in time of providing tutor. It is requested to maintain the said formalities to avoid misunderstanding in future. Please be cooperative with us.
4. It is informed the Parents/Students not to pay any amount to teacher for notes, suggestions, books, mock test and for any other purposes. We are not responsible for these activities.
5. Based on the requirement of the students, they have to choose the session is one-to-one or one-to-many.
6. Payment of fee is done on monthly basis and always in advance i.e. before the first week of every month.

For Tutor

1. The tutor must attend the allotted classes and without notice should not take a leave or not allowed to stop their classes without giving prior notice or informing to the management.
2. Based on the requirement of the students, we will inform to the tutors that the session is one-to-one or one-to-many.
3. Bhavi Tutors will collect the payment from the student in first week of every month.
4. The tuition fee for the tutors will be credited to his/her account by month end based on the number of students.
5. Tutor will be well known to teach all type of syllabus (like CBSE, ICSE, STATE)
6. Tutor must have the following technical requirements
• A Fast and Reliable Computer (this can be a desktop, laptop or tablet).
• A Good Internet Connection.
• Microphone or Headphones (to host the session and communicate effectively with the students).
• A Webcam to get a closer experience.
7. Tutors are mentioned that not too much busy with cell phone during class hours.
8. Last but not the least, we expect honesty and sincerity from a tutor. We provide more and more tuition to a tutor who is honest, sincere and works with transparency.
